I am 18.

I’m a very shy quiet girl and I have tried dating guys that were just as shy as I am and it was a terrible experience. They were way TOO submissive and they ALWAYS expected me to text or call them first ALL the time. I had to do all of the work because they were too shy to do it. I always had to plan where to hang out at and what to do. They rarely said anything and it was a bunch of awkward silences.

instead categorizing guys, you try dating guys that you are into, and that are in to you, equally. it needs to be 50/50 to work.
