Me and my girlfriend have been going out for 6 months and she just ended it today. She said things got boring and that she was sorry and all that crap. And right now im mad more than anything but i know im going to be really down about this in about an hour and i just wanted to know some ways yall cope with a serious breakup.. Please dont answer with Hooking up with someone else, that really doesnt help me.
For those over 21..Do you think there should be a teen section for singles and dating?

I read these questions and tons of them are 14 and 15 year olds asking questions and I am more interested in actual adult relationships. Do you think YA should add a section for teen dating vs. adult relationships? Just curious what some of you think. I like to give advice, but not to teenagers about childhood relationships, I would like to offer actual adults advice. I know teens and the pre teens would be offended, but when they are older they will understand.

He and I were in a relationship for 12 1/2 years which as a result leading up to a breakup due to his off and on infidelity in which as a result he has a baby on the way now by another woman. I’m devastated and hurt as a result. He broke up with me even though I still love/hate him now too.

Got dumped a few days ago. Not by anything I did, everything went swimmingly until she dropped the bomb out of left field. Anyways what is the best way to get over a breakup? I’m not heartbroken or anything, just pretty bummed lately and need some distraction.
