How can I make our first date special?

I have a girlfriend and we have been together for about a month now. As crazy as it may sound we have never been out on an actual date together. We made plans to go out on our first date next weekend and we are both very excited.
That said, what can I do to make our date more special? I do not wanna do anything that is over the top or too soon. But I do want to do something to make it special.

Do you have special underwear that you wear on a blind date?

I don’t usually wear any on a day to day basis, but I don’t want to seem easy if I wear my crotchless leather panties on our first date. I haven’t had a chance to take them to the dry cleaners yet since my last blind date. My date is blind so he’ll never be able to tell that they were used last night. Should I just stick with my usual of no panties anyway?
