Just started dating, and im not ready to date, how do i brake it to him?

Ok, so i am 13 years old, and my one friend asked me out. I was so happy until i realized whats gonna happen wen we date, and i am only 13 years old. The guy is such a sweetheart and i reallly would want to be friends with him still, but im just not ready to date. I think the reason i said yes is because everyone else has a boyfriend, and i have liked him, but im just not ready. for girls, at what age do you think you started attracting boys/men?

I’m 14 but look older for my age. I believe that girls always attract boys ever since school starts, but I was around 12 when I started to attract teenage boys and older men.
