I think it’s bullsh*t if a guy gets charged when the girl lied about her age. If anyone should be charged it should be the girl. But yeah he would get in trouble for that even if he didn’t know she was underage.

I see nothing wrong with it. My bestfriend had a similar situation she was 14 and got pregnant. He was 21 they are now in their 20s together, married, have a beautiful kid, doing great. My other best friend is 21 and just married a 35 yr old man and they are great for each other. I was 17 when I met my better half he is 5 years older. Age is just a number.

People lie about their age all the time. But any man who has sex with a young girl without seeing her ID at least once is STUPID and deserves what he gets.

he should not be charged but he will — he will probably go to prison and be listed as a sex offender needing to report where he moves to and making sure he is not within a certain distance of schools —- plus he will probably be made to pay child support (if he does not willingly pay it ) and basically his life is ruined
